i've got numerous potential TM names and i've successfully negotiated pay-offs from some large companies (dell being the recent one).... A lot of large companies are willing to do business with domains with potential TM issues. That's if they ever contact you. Some companies generally don't bother with the hassle.

Anyways, that's inconsequential.

You can't try and sell domains with OBVIOUS infringement issues and expect people not to call you on it.

TM issues are possible but I have owned dozens of TM domains and never received a single letter. Most companies don't even bother. I'm sure you will find a suitable buyer.

i'm POTENTIALLY selling basically for a profit. I got these at a good price and as a package they ad value to each other. In no particular rush to sell, hence the high starting price.

not necessarily... if you are using it as a portal to sell their products then it is not considered mis-representation... if you were selling the XBOX360 then you would have problems..... that's what I have found out by being involved in previous disputes anyway.... but each one is different of course.

Tell you what. I will pay you 15K for both of them. The $ stays in escro for 6 months. i get to keep all the profits I make from the domains in that time frame. If after 6 months no one has been sued then and only then will you get to claim the 15 K. That should be fair. since you dont feel they will be taken from anyone.
