Sorry, I re-read what you said, and I missed your point.
You're right, though he was doing his job ... and his boss has already called him dumb / a moron thinking I would have $10k to spare on using them; why would I use a 3rd party when I can do it myself first off? Anyhow.. I'm sure many people do that, they're just the ones that don't become clients, and do it themselves; ones with more time, or more intelligence.. if you have enough money, and are intelligent, you can still just pay for a service.. which is why they have people using them; it's all logic.
And I'll repeat, DrinkingHard already called his employee an idiot and blames his employee... GOOD JOB BOSS! Not quite how I'd treat my employees..
