exactly. Its 1500 but youll get a converting design. Which is a lot more important then a get-it-all-in-one price of 1500.
My 2 cents : spend the money on the design and content and go from there. Noones gonna signup if your sitecontent or design sucks. No matter how gorgeous your members is. And Webinc is a good way to start
