Not really, you can see any cam without logging in. You can't chat, and the page refreshes to the join page after a few minutes, but you can see it without signing up.
I know once a customer signs up through my ref code, he's mine for life. However, very few sign up on their first visit from the little I've seen so far. If they type cams.com on the next visit, you lost them.
