Great post and I think almost all of us feel your pain or have felt it at one point in time. I actually had a friend make a comment the other day to another friend saying that I fuck around online all day because she see's my MSN on for 12-16 hours a day. Luckily the friend that she said it to has a clue and told her it's my job and that I don't sit on MSN chatting to friends all day. Like wtf, she's been to my house, knows that I work online see's that I have shit. No unemployed person on welfare or EI or what have you (that is not retired) is not living in a .5 million dollar condo strutting around with Chanel, Louis Vuitton or Prada etc...My family as in parents know that I work online, it took a while buy they get it. The rest of them well it doesn't matter...
But to assume that I don't do anything or that I have the "easy" life or that their job is more demanding than mind can suck my dick! Just because I work from home doesn't mean that I can just take off and do shit when they ask, why? Because I am working. Sure my hours are flexible, but if you have a lunch hour at 1pm and want me to meet you and I can't, it's not because I am playing video games or downloading music...jerkheads! lol. Thanks for letting me release :P
