5. No matter how much content we create it is never enough. We have boxes of stuff we haven't touched. But they can't find usuable stuff.
Ok,
I'm just ranting now. I want to meet a professional that does what they claim they can do. And I'm willing to pay for it and have total control.

After reading your post it appears to be what I call, "car salesman or cell phone salesman" talk.
So I'm going to tell you what I tell the salesguy when I bought my phone. "I don't care what it's features are as long as it does the job of a telephone."
it aint a wonder why you cant find anyone worth a shit because anyone thats worth a shit isnt going to work with that type of bussiness acumen
