I really do apologize for being a bitch or sounding negative. I'm just going to be blunt and explain where I am at in the most simplistic terms I can think of.
After reading your post it appears to be what I call, "car salesman or cell phone salesman" talk.
So I'm going to tell you what I tell the salesguy when I bought my phone. "I don't care what it's features are as long as it does the job of a telephone."
I need a site that earns money. Complete from start to finish. Look at Gingerlynn.com or Nickmanning.com for examples.
