i eat 6-7 times a day (to keep my metabolism up since i sit down all day).

bowl of cereal for breakfast
fruit or veggie
sandwhich on wheat bread
fruit or veggie
low-fat 3 course dinner (small portions) w/ non-fat yogurt & fresh strawberries for dessert
94% fat free popcorn for a late snack
