Just guessing based on previous experience with people but I'll bet he doesn't have the money to make a site like AFF and would scoff when you give him a quote that exceeds $100.

Anybody without big money shouldn't try to get into that market anymore because the big sites already have huge databases.

You either have to buy one which costs you lots of money if you find somebody willing to sell it or you got to do very aggressive marketing.

So with that in mind I doubt that guy has any clue and won't pay / will take back his offer when he gets a real quote.

write back and ask for more details such as how many sites, where the material will come from, and what type of site/s. if you get that info post it. a little more of an idea of the size of this "big" job might help this guy get someone to do it for him faster. also - when it is to be done, recources available, and how long the person expects it to take. those are good details i might say.
