We are considering selling the sites http://nudeandhairy.com and http://hometownnudes.com. Both sites may be ugly, but they have rock solid, consistent traffic and sales history. Both sites are totally clean (no blind links or skims at all). Both sites are well established, currently self sufficient, and have been online for 4 years now. All we currently do to them is add 14 fresh galleries once a week from zips taken out of ATK's webmaster area. I don't have time to actively work on them, and quite frankly, they'd probably be a lot more profitable and valuable in some fresh hands who took the time to use the current traffic they get as a catalyst for growth.

homtownnudes.com is a PR2, averages about 10k uniques a day according to Google Analytics, and earns about $10k a year as-is.
If someone had the time to actively work on these sites (especially the hairy site) they have the potential to grow and earn A LOT more.
