Why? For example, some webmaster shares his new little idea or success on a this board or one just like it and the very next day a million half ass crappy versions of that idea pop up and the resource is pretty much raped to the point where there's little value in it.
The blog idea was great, and still is. But there's way too many idiots with the worst kind of taste and/or understanding of half-decent marketing to make any real sale at all. They need to be shot dead.
This industry is flooded with too many morons who don't know the difference between night and day, etc. and all that they're doing and wasting valuable resources with crap that only pushes the surfers further away from being a conversion in any niche, site, product, etc. at all.

I agree with some of that. However, if anything is pushing surfers away from joining paysites, it's the paysites that charge $39.95 per month, and have 2 prechecked cross-sells on their join page. Usually one cross-sell which will rebill at $34.95/month, and the other at $24.95/month. Basically, the surfer thinks he's joining 1 paysite and then after 3 days sees a $100 charge on his credit card. After an experience like that, most surfers develop an aversion towards paysites.
