I expect a Press release tomorrow by Ibill

I cannot see them not putting out a press release tomorrow. They are going to be inundated with calls so the best way to stop the calls is to put out a press release. People in florida will just show up at their office and there is no way they want that. If I was in Florida I be at their office at 6:00 Am waiting for them and I would not leave until I knew what was going on.

      Heres the news:

Due to our dispute with First Data Corp, iBill has now moved our US business away from First Data.

During the transition, we temporarily operated in stand-in processing from noon to 8:00 p.m. today, Wednesday, September 22, 2004. Please be advised that we are no longer doing stand-in processing.

All US credit card transactions that occurred during stand-in processing, including scheduled rebills, will be visible in CMI starting tomorrow, Thursday, September 23, 2004. Going forward, new sales will appear in CMI as usual.

Thank you for your continued patience and support, we greatly appreciate your business and look forward to our continued relationship.

            It's called posturing.

              Or some might say Perjury.

I believe it was public knowledge that Merrick was to be their new bank. Unless the agreement changed, or another bank was brought in to fill the gap, what they were saying was true. It was certainly plausible. Plausible enough for many people including other processors to believe it to be true.

Does it really matter what they wrote to the court. They are in business as I predicted. I am sorry about writing that the press release would come out tomorrow but I am sure all of you will sleep better tonight knowing everything is back to normal with Ibill.
