I sometimes feel that I can't get anything done because of my hormones...

I'm a young guy, quite possibly at my sexual peak, but I feel so damn distracted by thoughts, and efforts to meet girls, get to know them, etc...

you guys know what I mean?

if it wasn't for this burning desire inside me, I would be able to get SOOO much more done with work, and not only that, but maybe concentrate on the relations that I have with friends and family as well...

does anybody else feel the same way I do?

or maybe its just cuz I'm still young and single, who knows

I know what you are talking about.The fact that my gf lives 400km away doesn`t help it one bit.

Actually, when hormones are surging, best thing you can do isn't to jerk off... but go out and exercice.

Thats what I do to keep my mind focused. I joined a gym a year ago and train every 2 days for about 3 hours per session. Its pretty intense, but I've been pumping out the best work in my life and getting into awesome shape. Plus it boosts your energy level so you can work longer!

Oh and btw... you're young mate, you've got your entire life to work. Go out and have some fun, meet a girl... and try to get a bit of work done afterwards! Nothing's worse than waking up an old, rich man and realizing you missed out on your entire youth.
