most of you young folks are unhealthy and overweight. bad habits, and eating the wrong foods for health. being a webmaster is unhealthy enough, when you add in poor dietary habits and lack of exercise many of you should be preparing for an early funeral.

i know this does not matter to most of you, but you should get about 400-500 calories within about 1 hour of waking. this bumps the metabolism and leaves you with less hunger pangs thoughout the day.

and of course you'll live longer (statistically).
