Sorry, I've seen too many of my friends suffer because of "cheap hosting". Cheap hosting has it's place and purpose. Cheap hosting is cheap for a reason, some of those reasons are pretty scary and it shocks me to see that some people are willing to put their money stream in situations like that. Good luck in finding something that suits your needs.
