    UPS - need advice on what to do - these assholes lost my package

    Heres the story..
    First of all, without any fucking warning, i get chaged $50 for a $100 cause of COD. no where on any site does it say ill be paying 50% on top of the item cost, no warning at all. bam, changed $50 for ordering an item from the states

    then, the fucking assholes deliver the package, take it back for some reason, put it on hold, then deliver it AGAIN yesterday.. and now they cant find it.

    i call the fuckers up at 7pm yesterday, they say the package isnt on the truck.

    now i have to contact the sender of the package, tell him to issue a trace on the item which would take 8-10 days.

    WHAT THE FUCK! i needed the god damn thing last week, every fucking day i check my mail and see nothing. now they want me to wait another 8-10 days?

      Call this number 4048284300. This is lost goods department. I called them ones and they've been very helpful.

          goto the local ups shipment place and bitch at em, and tell them you find my fucking package and deliver it to me or call me and I will come pick it up right here.

          When I would miss packages, I could call them and pick it up later that night when the truck got back from delivery.

              i needed, NEEDED this shit last week

              youd think after paying $14 delivery, $50 COD they can FUCKING DELIEVER IT WITHIN A WEEK

              i called up the fucking bitch at UPS, yelled at her, all she did was repeat "you need to get the sender to contact UPS and issue a trace, it will take 8-10 days"

                  What service did you pay for Ground?

                  Best thing to do is, to keep calling the 1800 number about every 3 hours and see if the package has been scaned in somewhere.
                  Also, I see you had them place a HOLD on the package at your local UPS store, best to get their local number as well...

                          if the package was not insured there is not much you can do about it legally. Do not let them know that, go there and bitch bitch bitch till they do something about it.

                                          if you were in my position what would you do? i mean i just want my fucking money back, im gonna go get a cab and go into town to buy the player. this is fucking ridiculous
