the money came from a bank as i already stated in my first post.. the bank is called "Banco do Brasil" -

He opened a company with his wife's father name just to get those loans as his name was already screwed up
I was a bailer (not sure if its the right word, just translated it on altavista) for a couple of loans he did in this company's name (over 100k)
