yeah, the laws can be really confusing. You should look into the knobcreek machinegun shoot. It's held every year in knob creek kentucky. You can go there and rent mini guns, flamethrowers, grenade launchers, all kinds of cool stuff. I've never been myself but i've seen video. It looks like a blast.
