    How do you count hits??

    How do you count visitors at your site?

    Sextracker?
    Script?
    Other counters?

    I use sextracker, ucj, and another counter.

    this is how they say about one off my sites:

    Sextracker: 55482 yesterday (unique)
    UCJ: 79601 yesterday (don´t know if it´s unique)
    My other counter: 61991 yesterday (uniques)

    It´s very strange that all show different and that big different. Who should I trust???

                  Use a counter that parses the Apache log file. If the other counter you mentioned does that - trust it.

                  Image counters depend on browsers to behave correctly, the Apache log file will always contain all requests made to the server a given day/period.

                                      Can you recommend a particular script that does that?

                                      I use Webalizer for the most part. I also have an "extreme tracker" for backup, but its not really accurate, so can't trust it too much.
