    CNN obtains restraining order

    interesting...

    CNN just announced that they obtained a restraining order (against NOLA? FEMA? not sure.)- SUING in order to provide news coverage of body recovery efforts. currently prevented from doing so due to mandatory (forced) evac and other reasons.

    no details on their site yet.
