Exactly why I threw in my little disclaimer... no proof. Just good ol word of mouth. I never expected it to be ALL of the problem, just SOME of the problem. It has been said that other things may happen to traffic, like "glitches" and such. Don't see anyone posting any proof of that. Does that mean it never happens? dunno...
