this is a wake up call to all the pervs who are constantly finding 17 year olds and trying to keep them around until they are 18.
i know it happens here in the valley and it happens everywhere.
until talent scouts stop seeking out children to take advantage of, and actually approach 20+ year old females, this will remain a problem.
