i know there is a wide array of people in this world with fetishes that range from the benign to the bizzare, and we except this and and allow it under the premise that no one is being hurt. But what kind of person would stab another human being without provaction, let alone a defenseless infant. Just makes you wonder what kind of things go through a persons mind who are capable of such things.

You can blame budget cuts to mental health. There is nowhere for these people to go, no institutions where they can be monitored. They NEED to be on their meds and letting them run wild in society unchecked is negligence, in my opinion.
