A while back i took some old tapes and ran them through my PC and into MP3 ..then burned them on CD ... but it was to much work ... if i bought it on Tape back in the day ..then I have no guilt in downloading it on a file share service ..

Honestly I do not listen to enough music to go through the trouble of downloading it.
I do own about 20 cd's though of stuff bought since CD's came out. Though none of it is duplicate of what I have on cassette.

I listen to music about 75% of the time I'm awake .. but really only since the Ipod .. it's just so easy to carry tons of tunes and play them anywhere ... i don't even use CD's anymore ..not even in the car ... i just plug in the Ipod ..

funny you should mention that. I just realized I don't have a cassette player either. even my car has a cd player. why are all these cassettes still in the shelf with my VHS tapes? since I can't play either anymore
