What's a "Femur"? n/m. I'll look it up on Google. ;)
As for where the 'money gets spent', here are a few possibilities:
- Star Wars (and I don't mean George Lucas' production), or anything else that you would watch on that box in your living room.
- Checkmate (a collection of at least 27 ICBM warheads and more than 100 other non-identifiable silos and underground mines that are cordoned off as "United States Property" in the Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Baffin Island on the Arctic rim of Canada), a system designed as 'advance counter-measures' for defense of the United States.
- Contractual obligations to defer the progress of non-fossil fuels integration into society.
- Massively influxive investments into key stocks such as the Dow Jones, Nasdaq, Ameritrade, Shell, and Texaco, just to name a few.
I could suggest a lot more, such as the fuel costs for transporting 5 or more C-130's per month to Pakistan, Columbia, and China for narcotics pickups, plus the costs to the groups responsible for the control of those C-130's to keep their mouths shut, but I don't have any proof of that. But then again, I don't have any proof that you cheat on your taxes either. ;)
I don't know about you, but I'd be interested in seeing a breakdown of my tax dollars. I know that more than 30% of every paycheck that I receive disappears into thin air as a result of income tax alone. I also pay property tax, downtown improvement tax, sales tax, service tax, federal tax, and a whole shitload of other taxes that hit a product before I even receive it. Think about how much YOU pay in income tax alone. And then compare that to your friends, family, neighbors, and the general population. Anybody have a calculator that goes more than 10 digits?
I hope I'm not going out on some 'conspiracy theory' of my own here. Just wanted to answer that question. I'm going to get back to my work now.
BTW, apparently a 'Femur' is thigh bone. It's supposed to be the largest and the strongest bone in the human body. Thanks, Google!
