I've had it since I was a kid. I've been forcing myself to go to bed by 1:00 am for the last month, to see if it will help. Some nights I don't make it until 1:30 or 2:00, but I still lie there wide awake and usually wake up by 6:30 or 7:00. I went to bed at 2 last night, couldn't sleep for awhile, then was wide awake by 6:45 and couldn't go back to sleep.
