Yeah, I've got insomnia in a BAD way... and oddly enough it started when I started working in this biz...But I find that going to the gym and eating healthy helps. Try to establish a routine and you're body will get use to it...If nothing works I suggest you try something like Ambien or Zopiclone (only for a short period as these drugs are highly addictive)
