    So I spent 13 hours painting yesterday

    closed on my new house mid August... spent all day yesterday painting, going to spend today putting in new laminant floor... Friday I get to enjoy a funeral for a family member and then Saturday is back to more painting.

    Oh the joys of moving.

                  There are some things that are better left to professionals. Painting is one of them.

                  I just painted a few rooms in my place and NEVER again. Next time, I'll just write the check.

                              ya I have to decide if I want to do some of the work on the new place I'm thinking of buying. Won't break ground till march because of winter months here so I have time to decide if I want to do some painting, laying carpets, or just hire someone to do it all.

                                                  When I painted my house I tape and papered eveything I didn't want painted and used a rent paint sprayer, worked like a charm and I finished in about 3/4's the time.
                                                  It was fun but next time I would hire the pro's. I don't like the smell of paint anymore.
