Haha it was an a Boston Herald article about a year back.
I had even created a similar site at
http://www.sorryforyou.com and had multiple fake e-mail domain names for people to choose from but I ended up losing interest and the domain just expired. Some of the e-mails from some of these guys were just pathetic. It was mostly my female friends on myspace who used them.
