I sleep 2-4hrs per night except saturday night where il stay in bed sunday till i can be assed to get up.. this an average sleep amount round here or am i weird?

Well sometimes I will be up for 2 or 3 days in a row and others i'll get maybe 2 or 3 i woudldn't be surprized if I get 15 hours or less in a week. I have my business and a wife and 2 kids not much sleep for me for the next 18 years or so...Comment

Not enough sleep will make you age.As far as not sleeping the proper night hours,its not the same rest you get if you think you will be making it up in the am.There are certain rays you dont get in the AM that you do at nights.SIG TOO BIG! But thanks for the advice i know i should get more sleep every night! i think 7-8 hrs is the recomended amount.

I am lazy, I sleep at least 8 hrs a night, sometimes even 9 or 10
I go to school only once a week and that's on Friday, it starts at 9am so on Fridays I usually get around 1 hour of sleep, because my sleeping schedule is all fucked up and I can't go to sleep early anymore... and when I go home I crash for around 10 hrs or so from exhaustion...
