You should SO not have opened this can of worms with me hon.. really, you shouldn't have.
FIRST off, you hit me up and said you HAD this content I was looking for, and I asked you how much, and gave you my budget. You then said you could do this and it wasn't a problem, sent me samples, which weren't all that hot, but was what I was after. THEN, I asked that you send an invoice to my client so it could be paid for and we could use it......
NEXT thing I know, my client is paging me thinking I have lost my mind, the invoice you sent to my client was about 75% LESS content for almost double the price you quoted to me.. So I hit you up, we talked further and again, we came to an agreement and you even gave me a good reference, you told me that you had Bruno Dickman as a reference, so I trusted you a little more at that point........ little did YOU know I am very dear friends with Bruno Dickman and when I spoke to HIM, he didn't have a lot to say about you that was nice either.
Ok on with this........ you THEN wanted me to pay you exclusive prices for content you fully intended to sell to anyone else looking for this type of content, after WE paid you for shooting exclusive content? I DO NOT THINK SO, baby!!
On with it, you shoot this content anyway after you originally told me you had it already and we needed it right then...... so you shoot it, and I had already told you I did NOT want or need it exclusive, so you shoot it ANYWAY and then try and tell me that you think I owe you exclusive prices for content you originally say you HAD and then you knew I didn't want it exclusive.
This went on for THREE DAYS!! I told you over and over I was NOT paying you for exclusive content for you to sell to everyone else for one, and that I didn't WANT exclusive content for another.
I warned you, you didn't want to open this can of worms. But you had to go and do it anyway. You should have listened to your friend on ICQ.
