    I need to signup @ a $1 site.

    Processor declines my CC card, and they don't accept my EpassPorte VirtualCard.

          Have you thought about emailing the program owner for a user pass so you can check out their site if you're thinking about promoting it?

              I'm already promoting it. It's a big problem and I'm pretty sure it will take 2-3 days to receive a negative answer... I mean it's free to signup and I don't really have time to wait.

                          Some so called free sign ups that require cc details will dump a $50 pending charge on your epassporte that takes weeks to get removed.
