You must be joking? Those teams???
The European equivalent would be Luxembourg, San Marino, Faroe Islands, Liechtenstein etc.
Keep playing those teams and you'll never progress.
I know it's just a matter of time. A country the size of the US will eventually get a good team. Numbers game. Your problem is that football isn't made for US television with commercial breaks every 2 minutes so it'll never be huge.
I predict you win the superb Gold Cup the next 20 years though!!
