what about people who are simply taught to be poor? many people in this thread place no blame whatsoever on people who are poor... what about those who are simply conditioned to be poor? what does a single, poor parent of 5 kids teach a child about success, money, finance, business? what professional carreer will someone who bears a truly unfortuneate ghetto/hillbilly name like "Sheniqua" or "Cooter" pursue?
i know it happens *sometimes* that even a poor parent can be a significant positive influence on a child and teach them to reach for the stars and thats truly wonderful... but look at people in this thread, many don't believe poor people should be held accountable for anything. poor people, by and large don't think they should be held accountable and when this is the general state of things, how much can you truly hold a poor person responsible or accountable for their own state of being?
