I feel it is important to specify because some guys are jerks and feel it's not cheating if they paid for it or that it's not cheating or sex if they get a bj (such as ex President Clinton). Cheaters are scum and all deserve to die.
Remember if you fuck a hooker, I count that as cheating too! It's VERY hard to find a guy that doesn't cheat these days.
O'h and I count dry sex as cheating too. That includes dry humping and grinding from a stripper or getting your dick stroked from outside your pants... ALL CHEATING!

I think that's a matter of opinion. If I was with someone and it was a good relationship, I wouldn't be freaked out or care if he went to strip clubs, got a blowjob from a hooker, or a happy ending at a massage parlor. It's obviously not someone he cares about or has any emotional attachment to. It's really not any different than him grabbing a magazine and heading for the bathroom.
