HeavenProductions, give me what I paid for.
I was looking for a gallery designer on GFY (September 13th) and Baba@HeavenProductions contacted me. I prepaid three gallery templates and was told I would get it in 2-3 days. Everything worked smooth, I got the first two gallery templates after two days as expected.
But then baba told me, she was no longer working for HeavenProductions but still said she would keep an eye on my order. Then the designer contacted me directly and send me the URL to my third gallery template. This one was not even close as good as the first two. It was more a bad mix of the first ones. I told him that I didn't like this one at all and also explained him, what I wanted and what impressed me in the first gallery templates. Got no answer.
Now we have September 20th and yet i didn't hear back from the designer or baba. I really don't want to wait any longer, we said 2-3 days .. I didn't like the first version of the third template, but now its 7 days and i don't have any contact person left - i don't get replies or anything.
So could someone from HeavenProductions please contact me and deliver what i paid for or pay me back? I mean, what kind of customer service is that?
