How hard is it? How hard is it? Fuck man, I don't know, and guess what, neither did the police officer involved in that pursuit. So, until you have been involved in one (from the PO side, not the runner's side) shut the fuck up.
Oh, and stop the pursuit? On the highway??? Dude, your example sites a situation where there is a stop light or intersection. Are you fucking kidding me? So it's the Police's job to STOP the pursuit??? How about the driver of the offending vehicle????????
