So I know that different programs handle the dough differently for single girl sites. Some pay up front per activity, some pay salary, and some pay % split on revenue. I have heard splits ranging from 1% to 70% to the girl and it seems like, on a lot of % deals, the girl never gets paid. I have heard a real variety of info on who tends to provide design and code and hosting and of course traffic and affiliates.
I want to take the best care of my talent and have site products which are good for the girl, good for SpookyCash, and good for affiliates.
What sorts of deals do you all think make the most sense to make with talent? Do most girls prefer to be paid up front for a shoot or maybe a cam show or do they prefer a rev split? Do you find that a % split motivates girls to promote more or just ends up with less for both the webmaster and the girl?
