They provide services for account holders 24/7. So, I'm going to guess that since you don't have an account, you don't get services.

I've tried twice to open an account in the past years, they never answered my emails, never confirmed receiving my faxes, never picked up the phone.

I was an account holder, but I was also told to fax papers because their confirmation code would not show up on my bank statement.

Anyway, I'm bringing this up today because someone wants to get paid with epassporte and I felt frustrated.
