If you're making 6 figures on one site, then there are some basic things I would do. At least, from my relatively simplistic point of view...

First, make another site with a similar theme to the first. Build it up in the ways you worked on the original site. Heck, promote it from the original site. This is basically what I have done recently, and it has helped... but I don't have the promotion skills you do, or I'd be making six figures.

Second, make a site just like your AVS, but make it a paysite. Some differences, of course, and don't make it clear how similar they are. Might as well go for the people who prefer paysites... This will allow you to work on a real partnership program.

Third, I'd agree with scale... make the site you've got bigger. With six figures from one site, you can probably afford to reinvest some money. Test some ways of promoting it by buying traffic. If some of them convert, pump some money into them.

I'm assuming you've tried, or considered, all of this. From my point of view, these are the strategies you should try to raise the bar, so to speak, so growth doesn't stop.

So. There's my advice. So, can you give me some on how to get *up* to six figures on a single site?! ;)
