The racism comes from people unsecure about themselves, and its because their parents and sorrounding environment forgot to teach them that equality involves more than one person or one group of persons.

Often they have not learned to function properly in a civilized community, and instead of looking into their own life and do something about their weakness, they blame others, mostly people weaker than themselves. Some go further and beat their wife, their kids and animals. For no specific reason, other than they need to show themselves that they can control and have power.

To justify what they do, they seek others with same kind of cruel mentality. By joining or organizing such groups, they have an illusion that everything will become much better, but in the end its a loose-loose situation. Adolf Hitler is the ultimative example.
