It's hard to ignore any western leader who :

(a) reverses his electoral promises within 16 days of first taking office. Some don't trust people that talk shit.

(b) sank to a pathetic approval rating shortly after taking office (mainly because he literally did nothing), then manged his media spin to gain popularity and find a niche based on a national disaster on 9/11 where he suceeded in ranting like an idiot and making promises, - few of them have been fufilled.

(c) has repeatedly lied and slithered with words (and still does today) over issues such as taking his nation to war, then deviants further as the need arises to avoid criticism of his actions. Some call people like that liars.

(d) took his nation to war on a range of false utterances (not one could be a lie?) while rarely during any part of his two terms in office, has addressed domestic issues, eg.. the economy? Education? (ah, "no child left behind" *cough*) Some may say he is just inept.

(e) has suceeded in alienating the majority of the world and also swelled the recruitment ranks of those intent on attacking his country to a level yet unsurpassed. Of all - this is probably his major success. It takes a special man to achieve this.

(f) has, or claims to have, set up an organization to defend his countries citizens, but when disaster strikes this powerful organization automates into sleep mode while the citizens die and civilian law crumbles. Some may think this is yet another platitude with little substance.

Getting back to your question, Who likes George Bush?

I love George cos he's a very nice man and wears cool ties and waves a lot at people and has a cute dog he takes for rides on helecopters.

It's good to see his compassion and concern for animals - not many people take their dogs for helecopter rides.
