    buying a monte carlo ss to resell, is it worth it?

    i found a 1986 monte carlo SS for sale on a side street, the guy wanted 2k or b/o. i got him down to 1k.

    the title says 163k mileage but he said the motor and trans were rebuilt, with 20k on the new motor.. (i have a mechanic checking it for me too). everything is original on it.

    i was gonna resell for $2500

    is it worth trying to flip this car?
