Doing "Repairs" during the hieght of Hurricane season and doing them 2 days before the hurricane strike. Michael Moore couldnt have thought of a better story.

thats a false statement the repairs were scheduled for jan-june 2006 before hurricane season. And detonated means to set off or explode and there werent any levee breaks before Katrina set in motion the chain of effects.
