I know that a lot of the countries, got help from US after the Tusnami, realy want to help. Off couse they dont have much to offer, but I thing it shows that people from all over the world do care.

Most countries don't HATE us they just don't like us but it doesn't mean they are out to destroy us or whatever. Its a shame that dubya probably won't be accepting any of those offers.
