i usually get mine from the Arab-street here in Bangkok from a street vendor... you can see right there the conditions and they are great... the meat-spit is immaculate and in plain view to everyone... $1.25 per kebab... i usually go for the chicken (i hate fat and the lamb and beef ones have lots of fat chunks usually).... a little squirt of that white sauce, and a good amount of spicey BBQ sauce.... mmmhmmmm i only wish they'd put some cheese on it then i'd have a mediterranean taco
The best kebabs come from shops that would have bugger all chance of passing a health inspection...
The shittier and dirtier the store and the staff look, the better the kebab.
They DO rock.

Lol thats true, weve got a huge market near Amsterdam, theyve got these lil kebab shops there where you wouldnt wanna look behind the counter in a million years. But damn they taste good. Just add LOTS of unions
