IF you don't mind me asking, how much did that cost? Been looking at houses in Florida with and without pools. Wasn't sure what it would cost to put in a nice pool. Been told to expect to pay between $25-40K depending on size etc. That about right?

I would say here in ontario between 30 and 60 k depends on what you do yourself.
landscaping can get real expensive, so can all the add ons, gas heaters, slat water, deck jets etc all add to the price.
Not to mention the fencing.
I would buy with a pool if you have the chance would save you a lot of trouble and some cash too.
