Open the bottle and just smell the cologne ALLURE and you will be taken to a place mostly synonymous with elegance, style, and intimate rapture! Sometimes I think I am an Italian Armani runway model just spraying this stuff on!
I wasn't expecting much when I approached ALLURE at the counter the first time, since Chanel was mostly a woman's brand name. But once I got to try the tester, I was hooked.
I tend to prefer colognes with a sweet edge to them, give people a pleasant experience when interacting with me, and that always manage to turn a few heads.
ALLURE is definitely better than phermones as I usually have a few people always follow me......
When I smell ALLURE, I smell something sweet first - as if smelling cotton candy, then there comes in an earthy touch and spicy touch reminiscent of Old Spice. The rest is dreamy concoctions of a romantic night on the town eating at 5 star restaurants, dancing the night away, and going to be with the one I love. Powerful stuff! I certainly think this cologne would compliment any well-dressed man with mischevious intentions in mind.
Chanel also makes a few other men's colognes, Platinum and Egoist (spelling). I think I liked Egoist as a second runner up. It's a great alternative to ALLURE as it isn't sweet but it doesn't ALLURE!
ALLURE is certainly alluring. So much so, you'll end up purchasing it for yourself or your loved one.
I think it would be great for any gift-giving occasion.Comment

I use Chanel - Coco Mademoiselle but sometimes it feels too heavy on my skin. Exactly the "candy smell" is what turns me off. Chance (from Chanel also) is even more candy-er, lol.
