I saw this on the news the other night ... I was shocked to see so many at one school.
Many schools don't teach about protection as I saw in a different news program one night. Schools can receive lots of money for teaching abstinence only. They can't teach about condoms, or preventive ways or they lose their funding.
It all comes down to the money ...
