FEMA is very real...it occurs when the gov't declares a national state of emergency...martial law follows...
The thing is, if america was ever in a position to need to call this plan into action...we'd have more to worry about than this act...plus the amount of people with guns and the militia's and what not...
War technology is one thing, but it didn't help us in Vietnam...or many other situations...I'm pretty sure that if the gov't needed over throwing...texas alone could take em...
Not only that dude...but imagine you have a few million people to rule over...for the most part you let them do their thing...but when the shit hits the fan...what methods are you supposed to use to keep shit under control?
